Description
The cost of a name tag for each member is included in your New Neighbor Membership fee and one will be ordered for each member shortly after joining.
You can order a replacement or an additional name tag by completing this form, clicking “Add to Cart”, and completing your purchase at checkout.
You will be notified when your name tag is ready for you to pick up. Allow 1 week for turn around.
